- E.ON on various transactions including a cross-border asset swap transaction with Statkraft and on the divestiture of its Hungarian gas storage and trading activities
- IPIC, an Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund, on the acquisition of Ferrostaal, and subsequent compliance investigations
- ICG on its sale of assets from insolvent DLW Flooring by Gerflor, an ICG portfolio company
- German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy on the sale of Adam Opel
