Heidi Mahr

Heidi Mahr is a partner emerita from the firm’s Employment & Pensions practice group. Heidi has many years of experience in advising mid-market companies, international groups and members of their management on collective and individual employment and labour law. She has special expertise in coordinating major international projects and in the fields of flexible remuneration and working time models, company restructuring, outsourcing, negotiating works agreements and collective bargaining agreements, and company digitalisation. Heidi was the long-standing chair of the Labor & Employment Group of the international law firm network Lex Mundi and is a recognised specialist in international employment law relationships.
