Dr Hans-Christoph Schimmelpfennig is a partner emeritus in Noerr's Munich office. He has extensive experience in advising on employment law in the restructuring of industrial, commercial and aviation companies and in advising executives. As co-author of the "Stichwortkommentar Arbeitsrecht" (NOMOS), he is responsible for the keywords operational change, reconciliation of interests, social compensation plan, compensation for disadvantage and transfer company. In addition to his work as a lawyer, he is chairman of the expert committee for labor law II at the Munich Bar Association.
