Maurice Séché advises national and international groups and financial investors on both domestic and cross border transactions. M&A transactions, complex corporate restructurings and spin-offs are central to his work, in particular with a digital or a W&I insurance context. A particular focus is on transactions in the digital/tech sector, where he has advised on some of the most prominent transactions of recent times.
