Wolf Stumpf

Wolf Stumpf focuses mainly on supply-chain finance solutions, factoring and receivables purchase transactions. Wolf advises clients as lead-counsel and local co-counsel in complex cross-border factoring transactions and as regards structuring and multinational implementation of supply-chain finance products including subjects such as reverse factoring and fortfaiting via IT platforms and dynamic discounting. He also represents banks and factoring companies in litigation proceedings (for examplee against, customers, borrowers and debtors).
